The Club members were judged on family, school, community, and Boys & Girls Club involvement, as well as personal challenges and obstacles overcome. Representatives from the community volunteered their time to judge the competition. And the 2015 Youth of the Year winner is Xavier Harris. Xavier will participate in the Pennsylvania State Youth of the Year competition held in Pittsburgh representing the Boys & Girls Clubs of NEPA in early April.
